Warning of errors in the publication of the Convention between the Kingdom of Spain and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria on the prevention of double taxation and tax evasion in the field of income and property taxes, which was adopted by referendum in Madrid on 7 October 2002, in the Official Gazette of the State No. 174, dated 22 July 2005 (pages 38838 to 38840), the following corrections are made:
On page 26130, second column, in Article 2(3)(a), fourth line, for ‘iv) local taxes...’ read ‘v) local taxes...’.
On page 26130, second column, in Article 2, point 4, fourth line, which reads: "... current or replace ...", read: "... current or replace them". On page 26131, first column, in Article 3(1)(h), third line, which reads: ‘... place of effective management...’, read ‘... place of effective management is...’. On page 26131, second column, in Article 5, point 5, second and third lines, where it reads: ‘... person other than an independent agent to which paragraph 6 applies...’, read: ‘... person - other than an independent agent to which paragraph 6 applies - acts...’. On page 26137, second column, at the end of the articles, containing the names and offices of the signatories of the countries, 'Minister for Foreign Affairs' should read 'Minister for Foreign Affairs'.
