By virtue of the Exchange of Verbal Notes between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning the non-application in relations between the two countries of the Convention on the Prevention of Double Taxation between Spain and the USSR, signed in Madrid on 1 March 1985, done at Madrid on 7 June and 21 July 2010, the said Convention is not in force since the latter date.
