By virtue of the Exchange of Verbal Notes between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of Armenia concerning the non-application in relations between the two countries of the Convention on the Prevention of Double Taxation between Spain and the USSR, signed in Madrid on 1 March 1985, done at Madrid on 6 June 2006 and 10 October 2007, the said Convention is not in force since the latter date.
