Two errors in the text submitted for the publication of the instrument of ratification of the Convention between Spain and Belgium to prevent double taxation and to regulate certain matters relating to income and property taxes, done at Brussels on 24 September 1970 (Official Gazette of the State No 258 of 27 October 1972), are reproduced below:
For: ‘The exchange of instruments of ratification took place in Madrid on 23 September 1971’, read: ‘The exchange of instruments of ratification took place in Madrid on 23 September 1972’.
For: ‘This Convention shall enter into force on 9 October 1972 in accordance with Article 28’, read: ‘This Convention shall enter into force on 8 October 1972, in accordance with Article 28’.
