In the publication of the Instrument for Ratification of the Convention between the Kingdom of Spain and Ireland to Prevent Double Taxation and to Prevent Tax Evasion on Income and Capital Gains and its annexed Protocol, done at Madrid on 10 February 1994, published in the Official Gazette of the State No. 309, dated 27 December 1994 (pages 38782 to 38791), the following errors were noted:
Page 38783, first column, Article 3.1.g), first line, which reads: "...any staff...", should read: "...any person...".
Page 38789, second column, Article 28(2)(a), fourth line, reading: '...Convention enters into force;', read: '...Convention enters into force;'.
