Correction of errors in the Agreement between the Kingdom of Spain and the United Mexican States to prevent double taxation of income and property taxes and to prevent tax evasion and evasion, done at Madrid on 24 July 1992, published in the Official Gazette of the State No. 257, dated 27 October 1994.

In the publication of the Agreement between the Kingdom of Spain and the United Mexican States to Prevent Double Taxation of Income and Property Taxes and to Prevent Fraud and Tax Evasion, done at Madrid on 24 July 1992, published in the Official Gazette of the State No. 257, dated 27 October 1994 (pages 33645 to 33654), the following errors were noted:
Page 33647, Article 7.2, sixth line, end: Add: ‘A separate separate company carrying out the same’.
Page 33649, article 12.3, third and fourth lines: It says: «... by the production of a literary work ...»; it must read: «... by the production or reproduction of a literary work ...».
Page 33654, protocol 13, last paragraph: It says: «Done in Madrid, 24 July 1922 ...»; it should read: «...Madrid, 24 July 1992 ...».
