In the publication of the Instrument for Ratification of the Convention between Spain and the Republic of India on the Prevention of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Tax Evasion in the Field of Income and Property Tax and Protocol, signed at New Delhi on 8 February 1993, published in the Official Gazette of the State No. 32, dated 7 February 1995 (pages 3681 to 3690), the following corrections should be made:
Page 3686, first column, Article 16, point 2(b), first line:
For: ‘... remunerations pay for ...’, read: ‘... remunerations are paid for ...’.
Page 3686, second column, Article 20(1)(A), third line:
For ‘... local subdivisions or entities ...’, read ‘... political subdivisions or local entities ...’.
