Correction of errors in the instrument of ratification of the Convention between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of Korea on the prevention of double taxation and tax evasion in the area of income tax, signed in Seoul on 17 January 1994, which was published in the Official Gazette of the State, No. 299, dated 15 December 1994.

In the publication of the Instrument for Ratification of the Convention between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of Korea to Prevent Double Taxation and Tax Evasion on Income, signed in Seoul on 17 January 1994, inserted in the Official Gazette of the State No. 299, dated 15 December 1994 (pages 37755 to 37763), the following corrections should be made:
Page 37757, first column, Article 7.1, second line, where it reads: "... they may only be subject to the imposition of...", should read: "... they may only be subject to taxation in...".
Page 37757, second column, Article 9(b), fourth line, which reads: «... of the other Contracting State, and both cases ...», should read: «... of the other Contracting State,» continuing in line separately, since it refers to the two cases, (a) and (b), «... and in either case the cases ...».
Page 37759, second column, article 15.2, fifth line, reading: "... State mentioned in the first place...', should read: "... State referred to first...’.
