In the event of an error in the publication of the Agreement between the Government of the Spanish State and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the avoidance of double taxation on income and property taxes, concluded in Madrid on 16 June 1971 in the Official Gazette of the Netherlands No. 248, dated 16 October 1972, the following corrections are made:
On page 18379, Chapter V, Article 25, paragraph 5, which reads: "... suffered by the permanent establishment of an Enterprise located in the Netherlands...", it should read: "... suffered by the permanent establishment of an Enterprise located in the Netherlands...".
