In the publication of the Agreement between the Kingdom of Spain and the United Arab Emirates to Prevent Double Taxation and Tax Evasion on Income and Property Tax, done at Abu Dhabi on 5 March 2006, inserted in the Official Gazette of the State No. 20, dated 23 January 2007 (Page 3019-3028), the following error has been noted:
On page 3022, second column, in Article 12 of the Convention, paragraph 1, third and fourth lines, which reads ‘... may be taxed in that other Contracting State’, it should read ‘... may only be taxed in that other Contracting State’.
