The following errors were noted in the publication of the Convention between the Kingdom of Spain and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Prevent Double Taxation and to Prevent Tax Evasion in the Field of Income Tax, done in Hanoi on 7 March 2005, in the Official Gazette of the State No. 8, dated 10 January 2006 (Pages 921 to 930):
On page 929, first column, in Article 28(2)(a), second line, for ‘... amount subject to taxes paid from...’ read ‘... amount subject to taxes paid from...’.
On page 929, second column, in the Protocol, point IV, first line, which reads ‘... Article 5 to paragraph 1 ...’, read ‘... Article 5 and paragraph 1 ...’.
