By Note dated 10 June 2008, the Embassy of Denmark announces the denunciation of the Convention between Spain and Denmark on the avoidance of double taxation on income and property taxes, signed in Copenhagen on 3 July 1972 (BOE 28-01-1974), and Amending Protocol of 17 March 1999 (BOE 17-05-2000), which will cease to be in force on 1 January 2009.
