Noticed error in the publication of the Protocol between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of India, done in New Delhi on 26 October 2012 and published in the Official Gazette of the State No. 188, dated 9 July 2020, amending the Convention and Protocol between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of India on the prevention of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion in the field of income and property taxes, signed in New Delhi on 8 February 1993, the appropriate correction is made:
On page 48963, fifth paragraph, in the ante-signatures, which reads: ‘For the Republic of India, Shri Palaniappan Chidambaram, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation’, it reads: ‘For the Republic of India, Shri Palaniappan Chidambaram, Minister of Finance’.
