Voixa Consultors is an international advisory firm based in Barcelona, operating as part of the BCA group.
In recent years, our work has increasingly focused on the practical side of implementation from incorporation and banking alignment to compliance infrastructure and operational setup within the EU.
We do not separate legal structuring from execution. Our role is to ensure that structures are not only compliant on paper, but workable in real business conditions including banking, tax reporting and day-to-day operations.
In 2025, we launched Voixa Consultors as a dedicated platform in Barcelona to support international founders entering the Spanish and European markets.
Voixa serves as the operational interface between global clients and the EU environment, combining local presence with international structuring expertise developed within the BCA group.
While Spain remains the primary entry point, our work increasingly extends to Spanish-speaking markets, supporting cross-border expansion between Europe and Latin America.
